A believer of “service beyond expectations”, CA Rohit is one of the founding partners of the firm. He is a driving force for the firm and believes in delivering the best of his services to clients.
After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in the year 2005, he started practicing in the area of Taxation and Management Consulting. He is one of the founder partners of the firm and is a Full-Time partner since year 2006. He completed his Diploma in Information Systems Audit (DISA) in the year 2015 and is actively contributing in this field.
Apart from the areas of practice, CA Rohit Ranade believes in gaining knowledge through knowledge sharing. He is a visiting faculty to various institutions of repute in India and also to various government departments including Income Tax Department. He is also invited at international forums for delivering lectures on Audit and Management.
CA Makarand Choughule
A person with excellent execution skills, CA Makarand has been handling the Audit portfolio of the firm since inception. He has been handling Audits under Direct and Indirect Taxes and also the Audits under various statutes.
Being a strong supporter of e-audits and paperless accounting solutions, he gained proficiency in implementing systems to support e-audits and paperless accounting solutions through software customization.
After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in the year 2005, he started practicing in the area of Statutory Audits. He is one of the founder partners of the firm and is a Full-Time partner since year 2006.
CA Anand Pansare
The Young and dynamic partner of the firm with keen interest in Technology, CA Anand has been the backbone of the IT infrastructure of the firm since year 2007.
He has been instrumental in keeping pace with the latest technology and equipped the firm to serve its clients in the best possible way.
CA Anand looks after the internal audits, bank audits and compliance matters relating to the firm’s clients. Knowledge of technology, audit tools and excellence in excel makes him equipped to handle the portfolio of Internal and Management Audits.
Smita Ranade
A banker by profession and a consultant by heart, Smita is an extraordinary figure with strong academic record, huge experience and a command over subject.
Before joining CRCA, Smita served as a Credit Manager with a Nationalized Bank. Her experience in industry sectors include Manufacturing as well as Service industries apart from Agriculture.
She is the senior most member of the firm and heads the Project Finance division apart from being responsible for administrative and structural decisions and policy making of the firm.
CA Deepak Sugandhi
A thorough professional, a passionate analyst and a precisionist, Deepak has been the backbone in designing new systems in auditing, more accurate methods of presentation and bringing in the latest and updated knowledge of accounting and auditing standards. Deepak qualified in the year 1998 and has vast experience in assurance & advisory services of over two decades. Improvement of services in quality & efficiency through use of information & technology has been his focus.
Deepak is a partner with MSDN & Associates, Chartered Accountants, a Pune based firm with a team of dynamic accountants and professionals serving domestic and international clients from various business sectors such as Information Technology, Manufacturing, Engineering Services, Trading, etc.
